Our Products
We sell genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) ink cartridges from Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Epson, Kodak, Lexmark and Brother. When further products meet our exacting standards they are made available on this site.
Our Recommendations:
- Multipacks - We recommend to you that you look at the multipacks we sell, as these will save you even more money. Unfortunately, not all products come in multipacks.
- No External Packaging - We have several products where we have removed the external packaging (just the cardboard, not the cellophane wrapper). This reduces the postage costs giving you a bigger saving. These products have the normal part number followed by ‘NP‘.

New Customer – Registering
You only need to register with us once. In future, as a returning customer you can easily access your order history, and update your details, so that we can provide you with the quickest and most effective service.
Click My Account button in the top right hand corner of the homepage
At New Customer window:
- Enter your email address – This information allows us to correspond with you when placing and tracking your order.
- Choose a password – Something memorable so that next time you use our site, you can have quick easy access to what you have ordered on the past. NB: Your Password must be a minimum of 6 characters in length.
- Confirm your password – security spelling validation
- Click Sign Up
- About You screen for first time customers will appear
- Here you are asked how you would like to be greeted
- You will need to enter an address. This must be the address your credit/debit card is registered to.
- You also have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter.
- Once you have entered this information, you will be taken to the My Account screen. You can either manage your account now, or simply Start Shopping
My Account
Here, you can create, view, edit and manage the following:
- Order History
- This area allows you to view previous orders, and re-order the same if you wish.
- Manage Account
- This area allows you to add, change and edit your addresses, Newsletter Subscription status, and greeting salutation. This is where you can enter an alternative delivery address, if your goods are not being delivered to your invoice address
- Change Login Details
- This area allows you to edit or change your email address and password
- We ask that you enter the registration information as accurately as possible. This will simplify and speed up the entire order process and means you will get your goods in a timely fashion.
Existing Customer – Signing in
You can sign –in whenever you like.
You can either:
- Commence shopping and sign in at the Checkout point.
- If you’d like to re-order a previous delivery, then sign in before you commence shopping, by clicking Sign in at the top right hand corner of the homepage.
- At the sign in screen, simply enter you email address and password, and click Sign In.
Finding your cartridge
After registering or logging into your account, with there are 2 ways of retrieving our products. Either follow steps 1 2 3 or use our keyword Search box
1 – Select Make
- Click on the make of printer you have, and a drop down box will appear with the types of printers available to you. Click on your printer type and you are moved on to Step 2.
2 – Select Model
- You must follow step 1 on order to retrieve the model number of your printer. Click on the relevant model number, and you are moved on to Step 3.
3 – Select Cartridge
- A list of matching cartridges will appear for you to choose from.
- Find the cartridge you are interested in, and choose more info if you need further information.
- Note: Each item will display whether it is in stock or not. If an item is not in stock, the screen will tell you when it is next expected in stock.
- RECOMMENDATION: A Related Products window may appear at the bottom of your window. It is worth taking a quick look, as these maybe options that you haven’t yet considered for your printer. You maybe offered the same, or similar product cheaper such as a Multipack or Non-Packaged item, which could save you even more money.
- Now move on to section Adding Item to Basket.
Search Box
- With the Keyword Search, type in printer, make, model or cartridge number.
- For best results, we recommend you use spaces where necessary. E.g.: type in ‘HP 300 XL’, not ‘HP300XL’
- Then click Search
- Your results should be displayed.
- Find the cartridge you are interested in, and choose more info if you need further information.
- Note: Each item will display whether it is in stock or not. If an item is not in stock, the screen will tell you when it is next expected in stock.

Pricing
The prices we quote are the prices you pay. Delivery is FREE of charge on all orders over £10. Delivery to the EU zone is €2 per consignment. We also offer recorded delivery. See Checkout for more detailed information on pricing.
Adding Items to Basket
- Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, and checked its stock availability, simply choose your quantity and click Add to Basket
- You may continue shopping
- Once you have purchased everything you need, click Checkout, which takes you to your basket. Alternatively, click on your basket items at the top of the screen.
Checkout
Our checkout area is intuitive and collects all the necessary information we need to process your order efficiently and promptly.
- If you have not already registered with us, then you will be asked to do so at this stage. Click New Customer - Registering to see how to proceed.
- If you are a returning customer, and have not logged in, this is your chance to do so, using your email address and password that you used when you registered with us the first time.
- At the checkout page, you are given the option to enter a different delivery address to your invoice address – Click Add Address to add or change either delivery or invoice address. PLEASE NOTE: Your invoice address MUST match the address where your credit/debit card is registered.
- All our prices are inclusive of postage and package and there are no hidden extras to pay, except when the order value is under £10. We then charge £2 to cover the postage and package costs. Delivery to the EU zone is the equivalent of €2 per consignment.
- Please choose whether you want Recorded Delivery.
- Please enter any special promotional voucher code you may have.
- Click on your preferred method of payment and your chosen merchant will guide you through the payment procedure. See Payment Methods for more information.
- Once your payment is confirmed, an email will then be automatically generated to the email address you gave us confirming your order. At any time you can check our order status or order history with us by signing in.
Payment Methods
We take security seriously, especially in today’s climate of high rates of Internet fraud. We work with Port / Sage Pay who process all our credit and debit card transactions using the latest 3D security software. See our Privacy Policy for more information about security.
- We accept payment through PayPal, and the following credit / debit cards:
- VISA credit card, VISA Delta debit card, Solo card, JCB, MasterCard credit card, Switch / UK Maestro debit card, VISA Electron card and American Express.
- We cannot accept cheques, postal orders or cash.
Shipping and Tracking
We dispatch to the British Isles, Ireland, France, Germany and Austria as Standard.
As long as your items are in stock, then we aim to ship all orders placed by 2pm the same day.
- Standard Delivery – All consignment are shipped first class post from Jersey.
- EU Zone Standard Delivery – Deliveries into non-UK mainland attract a €2 delivery cost per consignment.
You can also add Recorded Delivery
Order status
You can check the status of your order on our system.
- Log on and from your account click on the Order History button.
- Enter your order number, which you should have received by the email you received when you placed your order.
- Your order status should be displayed.
- Once your consignment has been dispatched you will be again notified by email.
Consignments
A consignment is a single package size designed to fit through your letterbox. With larger orders, we often split orders into several consignments so they will fit through a letterbox, but if your postman is unable to deliver your order, they will notify you by placing a card through your letterbox telling you how to rearrange delivery.
If you do not receive the goods within 7 working days from dispatch, please Contact Us, quoting your order number. For Europe please allow 10 working days.
Recorded Delivery
Recorded Delivery - Upgrade to first class recorded delivery from 70p per consignment. Recorded Delivery is a variable price based on how many packages we need to dispatch to you, which can be delivered to your work place or friend or neighbor. If you are not in, then a note from the Post Office will inform you as to how to arrange delivery.
You can also track your orders, both live on our system and once dispatched, live on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com, details of which will be provided to you on your confirmation email.
EU Zone Recorded Delivery – Recorded deliveries into non-UK mainland attract a €5 delivery cost per consignment.
If you requested recorded delivery the system will give you a unique tracking number.
- Log on to Post Office website, www.postoffice.co.uk, or call 08459 272100
- Enter your unique tracking or reference number
- You will be able to see precisely where in the postal system your consignment is.
Please Note: This service is not run by Cartridge King (Jersey) Ltd, and we cannot be held responsible for the information provided by this system.
Please Note: Although delays are rare, please be aware that during peak times such as Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays, delivery can take slightly longer due to the Post Office’s additional workload.
Re-Ordering – Its simple
- Our site allows you to buy a previously placed order again
- Simply Sign In to your account, and at the My Account screen, click on Order History.
- Previous orders are held on our system by month.
- Simply choose the month of the required previous order, and click Order Again.
- This will add the previous order to the basket, and you can even add more items by continuing to shop.
Returns and Cancellations
- You have up to seven working days from receiving the goods to cancel an order. For us to accept the goods, they must be in unopened and in re-saleable condition.
- If we accept the goods, we will give you a full refund, but you will have to bare the cost of sending the goods back to us. We can only credit your debit / credit card once we have received and accepted the goods.
- To arrange a return you must Contact Us providing us the reason why you wish to return the goods and to request a returns number.
- Customer Services will email you a returns number and an address as to where you should send the goods. We ask that you clearly mark the returns number on the envelope, so our operatives can immediately identify your goods, which will speed the process of crediting your debit / credit card.
- Cartridge King (Jersey) Limited will arrange any credit due within seven working days of accepting the goods. However, we cannot be held responsible for any possible delays caused by our card-handling merchant.
- If the goods we ship to you are defective, please Contact Us, where Customer Services will arrange new goods to be shipped, and the return of defective goods are arranged.
